LIFESUPPORT WORKSHOPS POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- Purpose of These Policies
LifeSupport Workshop Policies exist to:
- Set clear expectations for participants and organizations
- Ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes
- Protect instructor time, energy, and preparation
- Support sustainable, professional operations
All workshops and programs are subject to these policies.
- Delivery Format
- LifeSupport workshops are delivered virtually (Zoom) by default
- Virtual delivery ensures consistency, accessibility, and sustainability
In-Person Workshops
- In-person workshops are available only when three (3) or more workshops are booked together as a bundled series
- Single, standalone in-person workshops are not offered
Flagship Program
- The 4-day LifeSupport Entrepreneur Camp is offered in person as an immersive, flagship experience
- In-Person Bundles & Travel
- Approved in-person workshop bundles require a separate travel fee
- Travel fees are based on:
- Distance
- Mileage
- Time requirements
- Logistical considerations
- Travel fees are:
- Quoted in advance
- Added to the bundled workshop rate
- Non-negotiable once confirmed
- In-person availability is limited
- Payment Terms
- Workshops are confirmed only after payment is received
- Full payment or required deposit must be submitted prior to the first workshop date
- Programs will not be scheduled, held, or reserved without payment confirmation
- Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Changes or cancellations within 48 hours may result in:
- A rescheduling fee
- Forfeiture of deposit
- LifeSupport reserves the right to reschedule or convert sessions to a virtual format when necessary
- Minimum Participation
- Certain workshops require a minimum number of participants
- If minimum enrollment is not met:
- The workshop may be rescheduled, adjusted, or converted to a virtual format
- Recording & Materials
- Virtual workshops may be recorded for participant replay or internal use
- Recordings and materials:
- Are for registered participants only
- May not be shared, distributed, or reused without written permission
- All LifeSupport content, frameworks, and systems are protected intellectual property
- Scope of Services
Workshops include:
- The scheduled session(s)
- Provided workshop materials
Workshops do not include:
- Ongoing consulting
- Individualized follow-up support
- Home organization services
- Custom program development
These services require a separate agreement.
- Participant Responsibility
- LifeSupport provides education, tools, and guidance
- Outcomes depend on participant engagement and implementation
- Specific results are not guaranteed
- Program Fit
LifeSupport reserves the right to:
- Decline engagements
- Refer organizations or individuals elsewhere
This ensures alignment, effectiveness, and quality outcomes.
- Policy Updates
- Policies may be updated periodically
- The version in effect at the time of booking applies
